Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a specific geography or vertical market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct outside sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
