About the Opportunity:

TBC Corporation is a leading marketer of automotive replacement tires with over 60 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth and revenue expansion across our network of over 3,200 franchised and company-operated tire and automotive service centers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail tire automotive service businesses, with a focus on sales and customer service. Experience in multi-unit retail operations, district/area management, store management, business planning, competitive analysis, and retail execution is essential. Franchise experience in automotive or other retail industries is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Midas Franchisees and their key management personnel
  • Provide coaching and training to Midas Franchisees to improve their business performance
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to grow store count and increase revenue

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Travel required (70-80%) with occasional nights and weekends to support franchisee special events.
