Job Description
Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our West Coast business development efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the distribution sales channel and the ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships.

As a Regional Sales Director at Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of distributors and OEM partners to increase market share in the West Coast region. Your primary objectives will include:
  • Growing indirect sales channels through targeted initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluating distributor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and executing plans to enhance distributor capabilities and support sales growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM systems to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Fostering strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in pumps and related products.
  • Excellent understanding of the distribution sales channel and its complexities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 60-70% of the time within the region.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
