About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior design and branding of our properties, from concept to completion. Your expertise will help us create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also functional and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts for new and existing properties, working closely with our architecture and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with our development and operations teams to ensure that design solutions meet our business objectives and exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of designers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget completion of design projects.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure that design solutions are implemented as planned and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Present design concepts and progress to our senior management team and other stakeholders, using visual aids and written reports as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including 2D and 3D CAD programs, and experience with project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including designers, architects, contractors, and senior management.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit properties and attend meetings.
