Position Overview:

This is an entry-level role focused on delivering exceptional support within the customer service division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice processing
  • Oversee incoming email communications and distribute accordingly
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to review financial statements
  • Handle the distribution and uploading of purchase orders
  • Maintain customer lists for automated email communications
  • Assist with overflow of incoming calls
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential skills include basic reading, writing, and arithmetic, typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn customer service software is necessary. A friendly demeanor and attention to detail are crucial, along with the capacity to produce accurate and timely work. Skills in time management and adherence to instructions are also important.

Accountability:

Fulfill responsibilities as outlined in the job description while adhering to established procedures and policies to enhance company profitability. Aim to meet or exceed all performance targets with minimal errors. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Environment:
