About The Role

AccuLynx is in search of a Product Manager who is in the early stages of their career. You should possess a passion for developing and delivering valuable, user-friendly software products and applications while being an integral part of a high-performing team. As a Product Manager at AccuLynx, you will provide guidance and vision to the design and engineering teams, shaping the future of our products while managing team output, prioritizing tasks, and helping to define the product vision to enhance customer experience and business value.

In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of activities throughout the product lifecycle, from conception and ideation to market management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, endlessly curious, and focused on outcomes. You will be expected to proactively steer the design, development, and support of features for our core products, while also anticipating and prioritizing the team's business needs. Exceptional time management skills, a positive and productive work attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects while instilling a sense of urgency in your teams are essential. You will report to the VP of Product and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through development and deliver high-quality product enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to create valuable and user-friendly experiences
  • Assess market opportunities and propose strategies
  • Comprehend customer and business needs, translating insights into ongoing improvements for AccuLynx products
  • Work with various organizational departments to identify solutions that will significantly impact the business
  • Bring innovative problem-solving and a creative mindset to challenges
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to define issues, measure outcomes, and prioritize competing opportunities
  • Establish and monitor metrics critical to the success of product features
  • Foresee bottlenecks, manage escalations, anticipate trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical limitations
  • Remain adaptable to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on business success
  • Plan and oversee multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean Delivery methodologies
  • Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks for engineering teams
  • Draft well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to execute the defined product roadmap and manage team roadmaps

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SOFTWARE product management, particularly in SAAS, e-commerce, or web-based services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making
