About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior design and branding of our properties, from concept to completion. Your expertise will help us create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also functional and comfortable for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts for new and existing properties, working closely with our architecture and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with our development and operations teams to ensure that design solutions meet our business objectives and exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of designers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget completion of design projects.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design solutions are implemented as planned.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed to visit properties and attend industry events.
