We are a dynamic and innovative fitness studio seeking a charismatic Sales and Studio Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Manage daily studio operations, including scheduling, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results; foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with CRM systems and technology; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
