Estimated Salary: $16.70-$16.95 per hour (based on location and experience)
Job Description:
As a Sales Team Lead at Dollar General, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing cash handling procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary role will involve:
- Assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues they may have.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and taking out trash.
- Operate cash registers, handle returns, and process refunds.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience are preferred.
