KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Administration Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
  • Ensuring order accuracy and processing invoices.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of Monnit's diverse product offerings, including sensors, gateways, and software.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and facilitating communication between departments.

As a point of contact for customer queries regarding orders and deliveries, you will provide essential support to both the Sales Representatives and the management team. Our Sales Administration team focuses on executing tasks with precision and demonstrating key values such as integrity, honesty, and reliability.


QUALIFICATIONS

Monnit Corporation will provide comprehensive training on our products. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools and NetSuite.
  • A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • A keen interest in technical products.
