  • Design and present deliverables to clients that focus on key messages while providing the necessary clarity on assumptions and methods
  • Work flexibly on many projects at a time across several areas, applying your areas of expertise to fields you are less familiar with and showing an ability and willingness to learn new ideas and topics at high speed
Requirements

  • Demonstratable experience of critiquing assumptions and methodologies and being able to carry out detailed reviews of calculations, as well as undertake cutting-edge analysis in areas that haven't been fully researched before
  • Able to apply systems thinking approaches to understanding a problem and determining solutions that can then be modeled to understand benefit and impact
  • Senior-level experience gained in a consultancy setting (although if highly relevant, then your background could be government/academic)
  • A desire to support the further technical development of teams; you will be able to demonstrate a track record in leading a technical team and developing the next generation of critical, technically oriented thinkers in this space
  • Commercial experience – business development/client management in the private sector and/or ability to write competitive tenders in the public sector
  • Understanding the impact of plastics in the environment
  • Experience managing junior and mid-career professionals
