Key Responsibilities
- Inform clients about new offerings and services.
- Generate new business through phone outreach, networking, and various lead channels.
- Record each client interaction accurately.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through leads and referrals.
- Present policies to new clients and clarify the benefits and risks associated with them.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with modifications as needed.
- Handle payment processing and manage follow-up tasks, including client documentation and signatures.
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and report generation.
- Assist in processing claims.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as directed by management.
- Engage in cross-selling activities.

Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Possession of an Insurance License from any state (Property & Casualty) is required; assistance will be provided to obtain the necessary license.
