Senior Civil Engineering Manager

Your Role

As a Senior Civil Engineering Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of Civil Engineering Infrastructure, Municipal, and Renewable Energy projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the projects that enhance community resilience and livability.

Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and manage client relationships to foster growth and development.
- Identify new opportunities and lead project pursuits.
- Oversee project development from conception to completion.
- Mentor and empower team members to achieve their best.
- Manage complex civil engineering designs effectively.
- Lead various renewable energy projects, including solar and wind initiatives.
- Act as a technical design authority, guiding junior staff in executing designs.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Supervise Engineers, Technologists, and Designers.

Qualifications

Your expertise and credentials include:

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
- Proven experience with both public and private sector projects.
- Proficiency in design functions, including site planning, drainage, grading, and municipal infrastructure.
- Strong interest in renewable energy and green infrastructure projects across various sectors.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Extensive experience in engineering design, construction oversight, contract management, and business development.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Established track record of maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure design.
