We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Mexilink Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the HR Manager in processing new hire paperwork and exit paperwork for separating employees.
- Provide customer service and problem-solving support to employees and team leaders on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with IT to provide computer equipment and access to new employees, and to revoke access for terminating employees.
- Answer routine questions and inquiries related to established departmental procedures and operations.
- Assist with the administration of Workers Compensation claims.
- Support with payment requisitions for vendors.
- Implement and maintain location-specific reference manuals, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all employees in a professional, trustworthy, and open manner.
- Support with meetings and calendar for HR purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage delicate matters with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
We maintain a collaborative and creative work environment where employees can learn and grow with the company. Our working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
