We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and ensure accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will resolve product or shipping issues and escalate complaints through multiple communication channels. Success in this role requires the ability to comprehend and manage detailed information, proficiency with computer systems, and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process intricate orders, draft correspondence, and meet customer needs to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Utilize SAP for entering customer orders.
  • Establish and nurture sustainable relationships with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Address product or service challenges by clarifying customer complaints, identifying root causes, selecting optimal solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Background in business-to-business customer support is desirable.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates resilience under pressure.
  • Possesses a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Communicates effectively and courteously with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Exhibits strong ambition, self-motivation, and discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance in accordance with applicable standards.
