Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Site Support Manager and Operations Director on projects impacting end users and devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues across various operating systems (Windows) and applications.
  • Provide prompt and effective assistance to all Agency users experiencing IT-related challenges.
  • Analyze problems, implement temporary or permanent solutions, and escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests and resolutions within the IT service desk system.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve printer, copier, and scanner issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by treating all users with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff at all levels within the organization.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in an IT service desk environment.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems.
  • Desktop/server support expertise.
  • Proficiency in PC setup, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office installation and MS Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (client/server environment).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
