Reporta directamente al Director Ejecutivo.
Responsabilidades:
Servicios al Cliente
1. Proporcionar consejería entre pares y servicios de referencia para los clientes en el programa de Educación Parental.
2. Desarrollar un currículo personalizado para los clientes en el programa de crianza de 2 años.
3. Organizar y supervisar clases grupales especiales.
4. Mantener y actualizar recursos de referencia para el uso de los clientes.
5. Evaluar, seleccionar y mantener materiales educativos y recursos para el uso de los clientes.
Administrativo
1. Supervisar a los voluntarios que actúan como consejeros entre pares y mantener el horario mensual.
2. Supervisar el horario de intercesores de oración.
3. Mantener estadísticas de clientes, incluyendo la entrada de datos.
4. Evaluar socios externos y mantener relaciones con las asociaciones actuales.
5. Supervisar el Programa Hispano.
6. Apoyar y supervisar a los voluntarios en el centro.
7. Comunicar actualizaciones semanales al Director Ejecutivo.
Capacitación
1. Crear planes de capacitación para el personal, la junta y los voluntarios. Supervisar la finalización del programa de capacitación.
2. Revisar nuevas políticas, procedimientos y ofertas de capacitación de organizaciones asociadas.
Comunidad:
1. Asistir al Director Ejecutivo en la supervisión de proyectos de recaudación de fondos y apoyar campañas comunitarias.
2. Supervisar las donaciones entrantes y reportar las necesidades del centro.
3. Participar en proyectos de divulgación comunitaria.
REQUISITOS:
- Licencia de conducir válida, vehículo confiable y seguro de automóvil. Dominio de correo electrónico, Word, aplicaciones de MS Office y Google. Uso de sistema CRM interno. Aceptación de la misión y declaraciones de fe de la organización.
CALIFICACIONES Y REQUISITOS:
- Título de asociado o licenciatura (o equivalente) en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Servicios Sociales, Educación o Consejería.
- 2 o más años de experiencia en organizaciones sin fines de lucro, ministerios, trabajo social o educación.
Estado del Puesto y Horario:
Estado: A tiempo parcial
Horas: (9 AM – 4 PM)
Compensación: $40,000.00
