The Assistant Solution Manager plays a vital role in supporting our Solution Management team, clients, and business associates. This position involves assisting in the creation of essential internal and external resources for clients during their onboarding and renewal phases. Responsibilities include developing system Setup Guides and enrollment documentation within designated timelines. The Assistant Solution Manager enhances the efficiency of the renewal and onboarding processes while delivering exceptional customer service through precise and timely execution of all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize critical thinking skills to perform job functions effectively, which is crucial for personal and professional development.

• Support the Solution Management team by demonstrating initiative and analytical skills to provide effective solutions for clients and partners.

• Execute transactions in Benefitfirst related to specific client tasks.

• Serve as a backup for Customer Care Center Phone Support.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Main Duties:

• Assist and support the Solution Management team, clients, and business partners.

• Develop client renewal documentation, including system Setup Guides and COBRA enrollment packets.

• Offer technical assistance on utilizing Benefitfirst and address benefit-related inquiries when services are provided.

• Ensure outstanding customer service through timely and accurate fulfillment of job responsibilities.

• Enhance the efficiency of the onboarding and renewal processes.

• Gain proficiency in using Benefitfirst.

• Exhibit urgency in monitoring onboarding and renewal timelines.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

• Show initiative in acquiring skills and knowledge that will prepare you for future opportunities as a Solution Manager.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Standard office setting.

• Extended periods of computer usage are required.

• Some lifting may be necessary to handle equipment, files, and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in human resources, insurance, or financial services.
