About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at Workday. As a key player in our Field Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account planning, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment and drive sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
  • Engage in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities. You should have experience negotiating deals with C-level executives and staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
