Job Summary

Creative Digital Systems Integration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and administering various HR functions, including staffing, training, and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implement and coordinate new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices, reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart.
  • Plan and oversee company social events, including annual holiday party, new hire lunches, bi-weekly staff luncheons, and general staff celebrations.
  • Monitor kitchen and office supplies and ensure adequate stock.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Paylocity experience ideal.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience in a corporate environment preferred.
  • SHRM-CP a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
