Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global team at ServiceNow. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring timely and effective case resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical cases created by customers, utilizing your expertise in relational databases, object-oriented programming, and web applications.
  • Employ various diagnostic tools to isolate the potential cause of issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and provide input on process and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) and object-oriented programming (e.g. Java, Javascript).
  • Basic Linux experience and working knowledge of web applications stack components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage time effectively.
