At Phoenix Technologies, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building a consistent sales pipeline, and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and consulting colleagues
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Present software solutions to customers and stakeholders
  • Record sales data in our CRM system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, sales engineering, or a comparable field
  • Experience in sales or consulting of complex software products and projects
  • Strong sales, service, and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
