We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and coordination services to multiple stakeholders. You will possess excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently. Your exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation, will ensure seamless interactions with colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Providing visitors with information and directing them accordingly
  • Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate party
  • Processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitoring and managing inventory of office supplies; ordering and distributing office supplies as necessary
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Performing other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research
  • Responsible for managing QuickBooks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Quickbooks minimum of 5 years

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
