Role Overview: The Lead Medical Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in our state-of-the-art Global Operations Center, providing comprehensive operational support as part of our esteemed Global Operations Engineering Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive solutions for Managed Services clients by employing best practices in ITIL and governance.
  • Align solutions with General Datatech's One Services offerings to meet strategic objectives.
  • Advocate for engineering efficiencies, focusing on retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Deliver end-to-end operational support, including onboarding processes for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct data collection and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide insightful recommendations based on thorough, data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex client issues and document effective solutions.
  • Develop essential documentation such as Customer Requirements Documents (CRDs), High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and test plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest releases and adapt to technological advancements in the medical systems domain.
  • Research knowledge gaps and seek expert guidance when necessary.
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot medical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assess and document technical requirements to support business needs.
  • Contribute to team support and process enhancements through individual initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of medical systems components and technologies.
  • Experience with scripting in contact center applications.
  • Familiarity with reporting platforms and multichannel applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting telecommunications technologies.
  • Knowledge of data center technologies, including virtualization and storage solutions.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
