The Role

We're seeking a Customer Success Lead to join us at an exciting time: our first product launch. This hire will define a flawless experience for our first customers, setting the standard for customer interactions and shaping the company's public persona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a customer success pipeline that meets customer needs at scale.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product details and provide recommendations for new features and fixes.
  • Analyze customer sentiment to identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and evangelize product benefits and features.
  • Create documentation establishing best practices in CS processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in a customer success role, preferably in consumer electronics or IoT.
  • 2+ years spent scaling a customer success function in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn key engagement metrics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine excitement about our product and technology.
  • A knack for connecting with customers and driving deeper engagement.
