About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as our first Customer Success Lead. You'll play a critical role in defining a flawless experience for our customers, setting the standard for customer interactions and shaping the company's public persona. As a subject matter expert, you'll collaborate closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement a customer success pipeline that meets customer needs at scale.
  2. Define key engagement metrics and analyze customer sentiment to identify opportunities for further engagement.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand product details and provide recommendations for new features and fixes.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation establishing best practices in customer success processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in consumer electronics or IoT products.
  • 2+ years of experience scaling a customer success function in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn key engagement metrics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Genuine excitement about our product and technology, with a passion for connecting with customers and driving deeper engagement.
