Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, this individual will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial results for customers, revenue, and expenses to deliver data-driven insights on business performance and future implications for senior finance and business leaders.
  • Create executive presentations to deliver cohesive storylines for Vaco to the Board of Directors and Senior Vaco Staff.
  • Lead 1 and 3-year strategic planning and forecast processes across Vaco.
  • Thoughtfully lay out dashboards and reporting to drive executive insights and decision-making in support of our strategic and financial plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives to deliver outstanding results to senior leaders and broader finance teams.
Requirements
  • BS in Finance or Economics (MBA Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role (global experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of investment management in a high-growth technology company (preferably SaaS).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Compensation

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

As required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure:

$195K - $205K per year.
