Job Overview

BizzyCar, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Lead Mobile Product Strategist to spearhead B2B mobile experience projects. This pivotal role involves crafting, developing, and executing the product vision and roadmap for our mobile offerings. The Lead Mobile Product Strategist will drive business value for both new and existing B2B clients by refining current mobile solutions and innovating new offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Formulate and oversee product roadmaps and priorities, integrating insights from both internal and external stakeholders along with supporting data.
  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance and commercialize mobile solutions.
  3. Document and incorporate business requirements into product roadmaps and the resulting offerings.
  4. Elevate products, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency through the application of Artificial Intelligence.
  5. Remain informed on trends within the automotive sector and devise innovative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.
  6. Establish an effective product development and prioritization process grounded in consistent stakeholder communication.
  7. Define and implement metrics for product planning and feature releases to assess the success of both new and existing features.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience as a product owner or product manager in a B2B SaaS context, with a strong focus on mobile experiences.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, planning, acceptance testing, deployment, and iteration.
  3. A proven history of developing market-leading products and owning a specific product area.
  4. Demonstrated capability to build and lead a high-performing product management team.
  5. Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  6. Exceptional analytical abilities, including the capacity to compile and interpret data, create executive summaries, and provide actionable business insights.
  7. Ability to navigate competing priorities, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders, fostering consensus while focusing on overarching business objectives.
  8. Experience in a start-up environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced context.
  9. Highly proactive, self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
  10. Hands-on product management experience, showcasing both leadership and individual contributor skills.
  11. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and convey information effectively at team, executive, and company levels.
  12. Experience in automotive retail and manufacturing is advantageous, particularly for those with backgrounds in car dealerships and OEMs.
  13. Must possess a data-driven mindset and a customer-first orientation.
