Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor project progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage project dependencies and feed into larger Portfolio models.
  • Handle escalations and manage risks across multiple projects.
  • Engage with complex stakeholder groups and balance priorities.
  • Ensure milestones are tracked and lessons learned are captured.
  • Measure customer success using CSAT/CNPS and stakeholder feedback.
  • Track and forecast portfolio budgets, ensuring cash flow risks are flagged.
  • Manage team coaching, conduct quarterly retrospectives, and drive employee satisfaction.
  • Attend relevant governance boards, manage change requests, and report progress.
  • Participate in Service Improvement Processes (SIP) and quarterly PI Planning workshops.
Requirements:
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of community building.
  • Expertise in planning and control techniques, budgeting, and commercial acumen.
