Program Director Opportunity
The Department of Psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a senior clinical and academic leader to serve as the Director of the Neurodevelopmental Disorders Program. This position offers a unique opportunity to build a nationally recognized program in neurodevelopmental disorders, integrating research into systems-wide clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive program for the care of patients with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide innovative and patient-centered care
- Conduct research and publish findings in reputable journals
- Teach and mentor students and residents in child and adolescent psychiatry
Requirements
- Eligibility for a MA license in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Relevant experience in a leadership role
- Harvard Medical School appointment commensurate with HMS appointment criteria and candidate qualifications
