Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our immuno-oncology programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing clinical strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical development plans for oncology programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful clinical operations.
- Provide medical expertise and leadership in regulatory interactions and clinical trials.
- Work closely with CROs, site investigators, and site staff to ensure trial success.
- Ensure alignment of clinical programs with company timelines and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- MD or PhD in a relevant field.
- Significant oncology experience is essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with regulatory interactions and clinical development.
- Medical board certification is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
