Club Manager Job Description

Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve challenging targets for yourself and your team, with clear metrics and action plans driving business growth.
  • Foster a high-performing team and create an environment conducive to individual and collective success.
  • Shape a culture reflective of the company's values and strategic direction.
  • Motivate and empower your team to meet and exceed revenue targets across various business segments.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders within your team, investing in their professional growth and advancement.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service and member experiences.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of progressive management experience, overseeing 12-20 employees within a team-oriented environment.
  • 3-5 years of diverse retail, hospitality, or operations industry experience, emphasizing operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Dedication to training, developing, and mentoring team members through active observation, coaching, accountability, and leading by example.
  • Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work in an environment with occasionally high noise levels.
  • Must be able to move frequently through all areas of the club.
  • Daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time, and moving for prolonged periods of time.
Availability

Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
