Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our team as a Catering and Club Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee in-house clubs and catering operations, manage daily functions, coordinate activities with culinary and sales teams, and ensure proper equipment maintenance and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional catering services that exceed guest expectations.
  • Effectively communicate client needs through detailed written and verbal interactions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Engage with clients to finalize food and beverage selections prior to events.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail and service quality.
  • Ensure team members consistently provide outstanding hospitality.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Collect feedback from clients and guests to enhance service delivery.
  • Support company initiatives and address guest service issues promptly.
  • Implement menus and promotions in alignment with company standards.
  • Utilize company systems for purchasing, sales, and reporting.
  • Achieve sales and budgetary goals while adhering to safety and sanitation practices.
  • Conduct regular meetings to foster open communication within the team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members according to company guidelines.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in catering or restaurant settings.
* Proficient in computer applications.
* Strong passion for hospitality and customer service.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
