Position Summary:

The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in executing front-line sales efforts, crafting an exceptional fan experience, and ensuring operational excellence and flawless execution of store activities. Retail Associates will achieve results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a successful team. The Retail Associate is expected to work a part-time schedule, which may include days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome fans and engage them with questions to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on observations and interactions with fans.
  • Uphold sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League.
  • Comprehend Fanatics Values and their relevance to the Retail Associate role.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail and/or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

  • Possess the ability to develop product knowledge.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in dynamic environments, serving a diverse fan base.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility as necessary.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Event scheduling may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to an outdoor location.
