Job Overview

JKM Colorado Sales Firm is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field is highly recommended.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
