We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sprouts Specialist to provide essential support to our National Team. This position is remote, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage essential brand documents and materials for the Sprouts National Team.
  • Oversee promotional contract maintenance and deal management systems (DemandTec).
  • Draft and manage all deals and EDLPs contracts.
  • Conduct audits on promotional and new item submissions.
  • Collaborate with Brands to secure necessary approvals and perform monthly compliance audits.
  • Maintain planner and commitment forms.
  • Participate in planning meetings with Sprouts Key Account Managers (KAMs) for promotional support.
  • Work alongside INMAR & Sprouts Shopper Marketing Team to develop marketing opportunities for our Brands.
  • Maintain the SharePoint site for the Sprouts team, including updates to APLs, store lists, promo contracts, and promotions.
  • Complete Sprouts documentation independently, including cost change forms and new item submissions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by helping with forms and collecting sales collateral.
  • Support team objectives as needed, including planning assistance.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Genuine interest in organic food, products, and lifestyle.
  • Must possess a smartphone and computer to perform job duties (Microsoft Office Suite provided by Green Spoon).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the natural grocery sector, particularly with Brokers/Retailers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft suite.
  • Administrative experience with corporate accounts.
  • Knowledge of grocery promotions and experience in contract writing is preferred.
