Job Title: Vice President of Research and Development

Frank Group is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead its Research and Development efforts. As Vice President of R&D, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development commercialization process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
  • Develop and manage the innovation pipeline, overseeing product lifecycle management and ensuring timely launches.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment, mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's success.
  • Manage process innovation to improve core business operations, scaling processes to meet growing demands.
  • Oversee a small but growing R&D organization, allocating resources strategically across multiple projects.
  • Balance long-term research initiatives with top-line revenue driving product development, ensuring developmental success.
  • Lead the team with passion, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and humility, maintaining processes and systems to ensure developmental success.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of experience in NPD/Innovation/Project Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Food/Bev CPG.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource alignment.
  • Fundamental knowledge of beverage processing technologies.
  • Understanding and maintenance of quality protocols.
  • Ability to venture out of comfort zones and lead with passion and integrity.
  • People management skills, with a history of developing individuals and fostering collaborative work environments.
