Job Title: Software QA Engineer II

About the Role

HdL Companies is seeking a skilled Software QA Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our proprietary software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of software programs and SQL scripts to identify bugs and defects.
  • Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the functionality and quality of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement testing strategies and automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in software QA testing.
  • Strong knowledge of coding languages, including C#, XML, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, and TSQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
