Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Management & Sales Training Program is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in a Store Management role.

Program Overview

This 18-24 month program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, combining classroom instruction with hands-on training and real-world application. You will work closely with experienced store managers to develop your leadership skills, learn about our products and services, and gain a deep understanding of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business strategies to drive sales growth and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to provide effective customer recommendations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration tasks, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • Leadership experience, including supervising others or leading teams
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
