Job Title: Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant
Location: Onsite

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with carriers to facilitate shipments, monitor delivery progress, and address any transit-related issues.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Generate shipping labels for small package shipments in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of goods, adhering to established schedules and service standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for inbound products.
  • Process sales and purchase orders within the inventory management system.
  • Keep accurate records of shipment details.
  • Track and follow up on the status of orders throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct testing of samples, including shipping cartons, in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document and communicate test results to the supervisor.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing supply chain processes.
  • Implement best practices to streamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and lower costs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with shipping carriers, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, and managing receipts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
