Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our hospital administration team at Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement the hospital's strategic plan, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the hospital's management team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Quality and Patient Safety
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, meeting or exceeding industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, community leaders, and other healthcare organizations.
    • Represent the hospital at local and national levels, promoting its mission and values.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Experience in hospital administration, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
