Job Summary

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Events Marketer to elevate our events program and deliver exceptional experiences for our audience. As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for organizing owned and industry events that drive business growth and foster learning for our audience of audit and finance professionals. If you're passionate about curating unforgettable experiences and possess excellent project management skills, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies, including owned events and industry sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, associations, venues, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the demand generation plan to promote events, leveraging online and offline channels, and collaborate with the Demand Generation team to define strategies for event attendance and follow-up.
  • Track and report on the ROI of the events program.
  • Develop playbooks for event planning, budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
  • Partner with the Content Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to support programming and speaking engagements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Events and Field Marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering world-class experiences that generate pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great taste in identifying locations and activations required to deliver exceptional experiences.
