As a Sales Account Manager at DRB Capital, your primary role will be to support individuals seeking financial solutions by providing liquidity options to those with structured settlements, annuities, or investment annuities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop meaningful connections with recipients of structured settlements to facilitate the purchase of future payment streams.
- Assess clients' financial requirements and offer tailored structured settlement solutions.
- Demonstrate diligence in planning, following up, and finalizing agreements by collaborating with clients to ensure the timely collection and return of necessary documentation.
- Analyze costs and revenues to assess profitability.
- Consistently engage in daily activities to cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Continuously introduce new leads to the pipeline to incrementally enhance sales volume.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales with a focus on high-volume phone interactions.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals and managing significant call volumes.
- Engaging personality that translates well in outbound communication.
- Persistent problem solver capable of building relationships both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Motivated to achieve goals, deliver results, and navigate challenges.
- Strong business acumen and sales comprehension.
- Effective negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to think independently and act decisively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
