Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at PopStroke. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, prospecting, and selling venue accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into sales, ensuring client satisfaction, uncovering new accounts, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to potential clients.
- Convert inbound leads into confirmed sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as industry databases, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop a pipeline of leads that align with our company's target market and sales objectives.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Evaluate the potential of leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making process, and timeline.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our entertainment concept.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture the relationship, address any concerns, and advance the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality, entertainment, or events industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into sales.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
