Job Title: Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with wholesalers to execute sales and promotional programs
  • Collaborate with distributor sales reps to ensure focus on the Phusion portfolio at accounts
  • Leverage selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, and POS
  • Partner with internal Phusion teams to ensure alignment and execution at accounts
  • Fiscally responsible for maintaining assigned budgets
  • Ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market
  • Build relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure sales goals are met
  • Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads
  • Educate external partners on product updates, changes, and launches
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years related experience and/or training
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite

This is a hybrid position. Phusion Projects does not have an office in this location, but you will be required to travel in your assigned service area to visit accounts/clients weekly.
