An Operational Process Specialist is sought to oversee setups, methodologies, and workflows across various operational sites. This position entails spearheading process control documentation initiatives, managing extensive projects, and enhancing the efficiency of internal systems. The Operational Process Specialist will collaborate closely with software developers, technology providers, and Operations Managers to deploy new methodologies and systems. Additionally, the role encompasses training and documenting all process and technology-related aspects throughout the organization. A critical responsibility is to ensure timely and precise equipment calibrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the corporate lead on quality documentation development and implementation as processes and procedures evolve.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners on system interconnections.
  • Engage with safety consultants to ensure proper documentation and adherence to protocols across all operations and repair facilities.
  • Oversee calibration activities across all operational sites.
  • Guarantee that equipment calibrations are executed accurately and punctually, working in tandem with operations managers.
  • Facilitate training and documentation on all process and technology-related subjects across the organization.
  • Lead operational aspects of the Traverse ERP System, including scheduling.
Be a resource for operational locations regarding the operational elements of Traverse.

  • Champion the adoption of all operational systems and technologies in collaboration with local Operations Managers (including Traverse, TracRat, and GoFormz, with expectations to adapt as new technologies emerge).
  • Gradually develop into a technical support engineer, acquiring knowledge of acceptable testing outcomes, electric motor engineering, and appropriate repair techniques.
This position is anticipated to evolve into this expanded role over time.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement with internal systems.
  • Background in Industrial Equipment.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on activities.
  • Ability to travel to various locations and job sites as needed.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
