Grants Program Administrator

At the Ohio Department of Development, we are seeking a highly skilled Grants Program Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing grants and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grants from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with grantors, grantees, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement grant-funded projects.
• Conduct site visits and monitor grantee performance.
• Prepare and submit grant reports, including financial and narrative reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public administration, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in grants administration, program management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
