Role Summary: As the Growth Marketing Director, you will spearhead and execute marketing initiatives aimed at generating new leads and enhancing customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include crafting detailed marketing strategies, collaborating with sales to create impactful content, managing marketing campaigns, and working alongside cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. You will leverage account-based marketing approaches to drive growth and optimize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish clear marketing plans to ensure that social media, email, and advertising campaigns yield qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to synchronize marketing efforts and support revenue goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and refine marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization of expenditures across various initiatives.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market landscape, customer profiles, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to uncover needs and preferences, developing marketing strategies to address them.
  • Manage website messaging, positioning, and calls to action to ensure compelling engagement for our ideal customer profile.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding marketing performance, return on investment, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms tailored to target audiences.
  • Creative proficiency in content creation using Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team, including goal setting, guidance, and performance enhancement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Apollo and Hubspot.
