Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and evaluate financial reports, focusing on budgetary performance, variance assessments, and forecasts.
  • Design comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Partner with department leaders to formulate and uphold annual budgets.
  • Support the forecasting process to deliver precise, data-driven insights.
  • Identify and communicate budget discrepancies and potential cost-reduction strategies.

Data Analysis:

  • Perform ad-hoc data evaluations to back business strategies.
  • Extract and analyze financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the finance team and executive management.

Business Collaboration:

  • Engage with cross-departmental teams to comprehend their financial requirements.
  • Deliver financial insights and advice to align with departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Vena software is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
