Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Hendrick Lexus North (Kansas City). As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, messages, and other communications in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest traffic and sales metrics, to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reconciliation, to support the sales department's operations.
  • Produce daily reports, including the Daily Update and Performance Metric reports, to support the sales team's efforts.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests, including offering refreshments and ensuring a clean and comfortable facility.
  • Participate in required training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or automotive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn dealership management systems.
